Photography, film and performing arts

Biography

Kitty Aurora is a 30 year old Manchester based non binary artist with AuDHD and trained in photography, film and performing arts as well as customer service.
They became a mum a decade ago and left alot of their skills behind.
In 2020 with no formal training they began using their photography skills along with drawing and writing to tell stories of happiness and to process grief and their mental health and it just snowballed as well as them becoming a grassroots music promoter and using their new found skills in art and networking to uplift other artists and musicians.

Art Practice

Anything from a pen and a scrap of paper, to watercolour and acrylic paints, to photography to digital illustration to creating 13 foot tall carnival flags with Batik.

Magical Women

Magical Women is absolutely necessary for women and non binary neurodivergent artists who may not get a platform otherwise within the arts which is something I’m very passionate about being an artistic neurodivergent consultant. I’m a champion for myself and others like me. It being called magic is something dear to me as art is considered a form of magic on top of being a practicing witch and tarot reader, calling artists magical and them being able to refer to themselves that way will instil confidence in their art.
