About my ND led services
Welcome, I am a London-based art psychotherapist and mentor, predominantly offering remote sessions. My services aim to address the access barriers that often impede autistic individuals and other neurodivergent people in obtaining quality mental health support, therapy, and mentoring.
I advocate for transformative changes in how we approach neurodivergent access in areas such as pedagogy, higher education, mental health services, and the arts.
My work with individuals is person-centered, non-behavioural, and employs methodologies that honour human rights and sensory preferences while avoiding trauma-inducing practices.
Additionally, I am an avid writer and advocate for social justice, focusing on autistic and neurodivergent access, as well as disability rights.

A warm welcome to my practitioner page
I extend a heartfelt welcome to all visitors to my practitioner page.
My therapy and mentoring services are neurodivergent-affirming and trans-feminist, fostering a warm and accessible space for individuals navigating mental health challenges and everyday life. Currently, I conduct sessions online only.
I employ an integrative approach, tailoring our sessions to meet your unique needs. I am committed to diversity and inclusivity, working with clients of all backgrounds, regardless of ethnicity, gender, sexuality, age, or disability.
My goal is to help you alleviate immediate anxiety and crises while creating an environment where you feel safe and relaxed enough to explore and develop your strengths, skills, resilience, and coping mechanisms for your life journey. I offer both short-term and long-term therapy and mentoring sessions.
Additionally, we can utilise art materials for expression when words feel insufficient, allowing us to explore your feelings and challenges through imagery.
I work with children, young people, and adults, including individuals who may experience mutism. As someone who also navigates processing delays, I bring a unique understanding to my practice.
Therapy is about understanding and supporting the person.
About you

2. You might not conform to a specific gender and you might not have the words to describe your identity.
3. You might feel lost, confused, excluded and might be in need of some guidance or simply a kind and listening ear.
4. You might experience barriers at work and be looking for an employment coach/mentor.
5. You seek alternative and affirming spaces that integrate eco-art, oracles, rituals for exploration and self discovery.

What to expect
The important thing is you feel relaxed and supported in sessions.
People come to see me for all sorts of reasons:
-
Sometimes it’s for mentoring or coaching in employment (sometimes paid for by Access to Work)
-
Other times it’s for mentoring in the arts or specific to their practice and studies
-
Sometimes it’s for therapy and when talking therapy can sometimes feel too difficult or traumatising, so instead we use art materials
Why do I work with different hats on?
-
As a neurodivergent individual with a knack for recognising patterns, I excel at identifying barriers and developing tailored strategies to help you access resources such as developing ideas in preparation for funding applications, energy conservation support, and effective time management and organisation. With 18 years of experience supporting university students across various disciplines, I have also collaborated with autistic and ADHD artists and creatives seeking guidance for their practices and careers in the arts.
-
Because I face similar challenges as a neurodivergent artist, I can offer valuable insights and support in pinpointing your obstacles. Recognising these barriers is often the crucial first step to accessing opportunities in the arts and beyond.
